Payments

Per-app pricing in KES, payment by M-Pesa or card through our payment provider, and receipts.

Renewals and cancellation

Whether plans renew, how to cancel, and what happens at the end of a paid period.

Alerts and accuracy

Kandili relays planned outage notices published by Kenya Power and cannot guarantee their accuracy or cover unplanned outages.
