What we collect

Phone number or email, the areas, cars or job records you add, payment confirmations from our payment provider (never full card numbers or M-Pesa PINs), and basic usage data.

Why we use it

To run the apps, send alerts, reminders and receipts, provide support, and keep the service secure.

Messaging

Kandili sends alerts through WhatsApp. Explain consent, how to stop alerts, and the messaging provider involved.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the apps: hosting, messaging, email and payments. No selling, no advertising.

Where it is stored and for how long

Name the hosting locations and retention periods.
